The agreement between you and My Family Signal when you use our app and website.

By downloading, accessing, or using the My Family Signal app or website ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of a family member you set up, you confirm you have the authority to do so.
My Family Signal lets people who pair with each other ring a phone (including when it is on silent), view location that a user chooses to share, and send confirmations. Features vary by plan and platform and may change over time as we improve the app.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your country, or be set up and supervised by a parent or guardian.
The Service is built on mutual trust. You may only pair with, ring, or view the location of people who have consented by accepting your invitation. You must not use the Service to monitor, ring, or locate anyone without their knowledge and agreement. Misuse of the Service to harass, stalk, or track a person without consent is strictly prohibited and may be unlawful.
When using the Service, you agree not to:
My Family Signal offers a free plan and paid plans (Premium and Family & Caregiver). Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through your app store, and annual plans may include a free trial. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date through your app-store account. Prices are shown in the app and may change with notice. Refunds are handled according to the policies of Apple's App Store or Google Play.
The Service, including its software, design, logos, and content, is owned by My Family Signal and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our materials without permission.
My Family Signal is a convenience and communication tool, not an emergency service. Ring delivery, location accuracy, and availability depend on factors outside our control, including device settings, network coverage, battery, and operating-system limitations. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Do not rely on it as your only means of contacting someone in an emergency — always call your local emergency number when someone's safety is at risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, My Family Signal is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or misuse the Service, particularly where safety or consent is at risk.
We may update these terms as the Service evolves. When we make material changes we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
