How do I set up My Family Signal?

Download the app, create an account, and invite a trusted person with a link or QR code. Their side is nearly one tap. You'll send a test ring during setup so you know it works.

The ring didn't come through — what should I check?

Make sure both people have accepted the pairing, the target device has notifications allowed for the app, and it has a network connection. Email us your device types and we'll help.

How do I cancel or change my plan?

Subscriptions are managed through your App Store or Google Play account, where you can change or cancel anytime. Your free features always remain.
