Help Us Test MyFamilySignal

Thanks for helping test the app! It takes about 5 minutes to get set up. We use Apple's TestFlight app to deliver the beta.

📱 iPhone & iPad only for now. This beta runs on iOS via TestFlight — an Android app is coming soon.

Get started

Before you begin: use an iPhone or iPad running a recent version of iOS/iPadOS, and have your Apple ID handy.

Install TestFlight Download Apple's TestFlight app here: apps.apple.com/app/testflight. Already have it? Skip to step 2.
Tap the invite link On the iPhone or iPad you'll be testing on, open the MyFamilySignal beta invite: Join the Beta Tap on your iPhone or iPad — testflight.apple.com/join/eaWMpWRd
Accept & install TestFlight opens and shows the MyFamilySignal beta. Tap Accept, then Install.
Open the app Launch MyFamilySignal from your home screen (or tap Open in TestFlight) and set up as usual.

Sending us feedback

Open TestFlight, select MyFamilySignal, and tap Send Beta Feedback — or take a screenshot inside the app and follow the prompt to share it.

Troubleshooting

The link opens a web page instead of the app?

That page just walks you through installing TestFlight first. Install it, then tap the link again.

"This beta isn't accepting new testers"?

Let us know — the tester spots may be full or the build may need a quick refresh.

Nothing happens when you tap the link?

Make sure you're tapping it on your iPhone or iPad (not a computer) and that TestFlight is installed.
